Welcome to the Faculty of Arts. We offer you the opportunity to study many aspects of human culture by exploring people’s writings, ideas and beliefs. You can build a better understanding of how people’s thoughts and practices have developed through the ages. You will learn to analyse, appreciate and assess works of art, literature, music, philosophy, history and religion. Taken together, these subjects are also often referred to as the Humanities.
