Humanities degrees

The Open University’s humanities degree curriculum ranges from ancient beliefs to modern film, and you’ll study some of the most significant people, events and ideas in cultural history.

Open University humanities students typically study subjects such as Classical Studies, History, Language Studies and Design and Innovation. At postgraduate level, tutors teach subjects including Art History, Classical Studies, English, History, Law and Religious Studies.
